All control mechanisms of the cold-storage rooms are computerized and
provide at any time diagrams and data about temperatures and composition
of the atmosphere, as well as the general state of the rooms, guaranteeing
the best cold-storage conditions during the 12 months of the year and
offering the best quality service to our customers.
We also use the ULO technology (Ultra Low Oxygen) for the conservation
of fresh fruit.
